Well
what a great show we had!!!!!
With lots of lovely cats and kittens, excellent judges and a
friendly group of exhibitors, ACTCat's All Breeds Championship Show proved to be
another great success.
Day 1 of the show commenced at 11.00am on the Saturday.
There were lots of exotic cats to be judged, a rare Toyger and
Siberian, Australian Tiffani’s, Egyptian Mau’s, Bengal’s and Javanese.
The Main Coons were the talk of the show with the spectators.
There were Persians, Orientals, Rag Dolls, Russians, Burmese and a great
array of domestic cats, you name it they were at the show.
On
completion of the day's judging the majority of exhibitors enjoyed a delicious
dinner at "Hillview". As usual the food and company was wonderful
as always and a great evening was had by all.
A “Special” thanks goes to Maureen Tully for hosing such a wonderful
dinner and opening up her beautiful home to us.
10am
saw the start of Day 2 with judging completed by around 3pm. Our Junior
Handlers then did a wonderful job in presenting their cats. Prizes were then
awarded and the raffle drawn with lots of excellent prizes to choose from.
As always the show atmosphere was fun and relaxed and everyone had a great time.
A
huge thankyou to our sponsors (without whom these events would never happen) and
last but not least the members of ACTCat and Waratah who worked very hard behind
the scenes to bring the show together.
